Founding Principal, Chris Kaltoum, brings more than two decades experience in property and real estate to his role, heading a team of experienced and hardworking individuals. Born and raised in Guildford he has an unrivalled understanding of the area’s marketplace and is an active member of the local community. Chris has worked across all aspects of real estate and is highly regarded for his superior negation skills and expertise that few others can offer.
