Managing Director and Principal of National Real Estate Guildford, Chris Kaltoum brings more than 21 years of experience in property, sales and negotiation to every client and campaign.
Born and raised in Guildford, Chris has a genuine connection to the local community and an extensive understanding of the Guildford property market and surrounding suburbs. Having spent his career working across residential sales, investment property, development sites and property management, he brings a depth of knowledge and practical experience that allows him to look beyond simply listing a property and focus on the strategy required to achieve the strongest possible result.
Chris is highly regarded for his negotiation skills, straightforward communication and ability to build lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and developers.
